The brand sells through a network of 45 authorized retailers across the United States, as well as through their own website.   • Unauthorized seller identification: Cross-referencing all sellers listing the brand's products against the authorized retailer list, with immediate flagging of unauthorized sellers.
  • Automated violation reporting: Weekly violation reports segmented by marketplace, seller, product, and violation severity. Priority alerts for repeat offenders and large violations.
  • Enforcement workflow integration: Violation data integrated with the brand's existing enforcement CRM, enabling tracking of warning letters, responses, and resolution outcomes.
